I stopped by the office and I spoke to her and I had the worst service I was the only person in the building and she was to busy to help me. She was upset because I asked her where can I find the building inspector because the house I rented was destroyed but falling trees Friday night. She talked to me like I was an idiot because I couldn't make it on time to the house so I can meet him. Wow!!!! She has no idea what I been through the last couple days. I left so angry. I honestly was only looking for help and answers but when you encounter ignorant people who shouldn't be working in customer service makes my situation even worst.
In the other hand the fire department on Briggs Road were so amazing and kind. They went above and beyond to try your help me. Maybe you should learn something from them.
Thank you for making my day more stressful, I hope you realize that when someone is going through difficult times sometimes you have to be sympathetic. You never know when you going to need help so when something bad happens to you hopefully you don't encounter an ignorant person.
I wish I remember the name of the lady who answered the phone this morning she was impatient and rude. After I explained to her my situation she acted like I was bothering her. Excuse me if you don't like your job. I'm going through a very difficult time and I needed answers not someone to be rude and with an attitude.
