They never fail to provide creative solutions to every issue I can pose in a most friendly and highly knowledgeable manner. From providing copies of policies I have lost, to procuring asap insurance binders for special purposes, to finding payment plans that fit our budget or looking into new coverage types or companies I have heard about, they have always responded with a helping attitude and almost always, a solution that works. We are a very small company with a very small home, but the Lapoint staff makes us feel very valued and considered. I cannot recommend them more highly.
