I'm done with this place. It's not worth the hassle. They want your money, but don't want to do anything. This has been going on for a year now. Find another place.

The manager Katie, had a personality like a rock. Zero help and only "ya,no" responses. I will sever return to this location if she's still here. Yes, I have some words to describe my experience with her but I will keep this as professional as possible
This store used to be great, but last year the old owner sold, and the new owner isn't good.
Awesome. I brought a package in and the store manager showed me the different options I had to send a package out... very pleasant and friendly service.

I would just like to thank the staff at this location for helping me package and ship Christmas presents to my family in Arizona.They made the experience fast and painless.Also all my items arrived on-time and in the same condition as when I brought them into the store to be shipped.
