I brought My 2006 Jamis bike into Scottee's thinking I needed to replace pedal gears, chain and cassette. they looked it over told me the chain was fine would last the rest of the year. front gears were fine.although the cassette that was on the bike was a 8 speed not a 9 wrong one and the brakes needed some care.I am completely impressed by Scottee's conduct and maintenance.Anything else my bike needs will come from Scottee's Thank You
Great place to know about. I use my bike a lot more these days, and enjoy it more. The thing rides so much better tuned: especially since they tweaked my seat and handlebar settings. I'd forgotten what fun it is, just slicing through the air and taking in the sights. Very glad I finally checked out this place; wish I'd done it ages ago. Staff are knowledgeable and honest; solid range of options at fair prices; zero pressure to spring for this gizmo or that service; and a fun bunch of people, too. Scottee's has been "low-key helpful" about local routes, "riding smart," and basic techniques or gear in our era of distracted driving. Why wait if you like usIng your bike -- or think you might?
Best shop around southeastern Mass! I have just purchased my 3rd Mountain Bike from Scottee's in Westport, they are very knowledgeable - mainly because they are riders... these guys know bikes. Staff are friendly and Pricing here is always competitive, as they are about bang for the buck. * They are now offering free lifetime tune-ups if you buy a bike there!!!
